Judy Bollinger - Chairman
Bollinger has 28 years of experience in the securities business in both the US and Europe. From 1993, she lived and worked in London, initially for Goldman Sachs as Head of UK and European Research, then subsequently for Janus, CSFB and ABG Sundal Collier. Bollinger was a partner with ABG Sundal Collier from 1999 to 2006 and is an MBA graduate from Wharton Business School. In 2010, Bollinger relocated to Singapore and is building-on existing corporate finance relationships in the region.

Anders Grudén
Grudén is currently the CEO of the Swedish IT and software company Syncron. Prior to joining Syncron he spent seven years with Accenture, formulating strategies for large, global clients in a variety of industries, and four years with the Swedish investment company Investor AB. Grudén holds two degrees: a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management and a B.Sc. in Economics & Business Administration.

Arnold Rørholt
Rørholt is currently the CEO of Norconsult Telematics Ltd. Mr. Rørholt has extensive experience as a lawyer and legal advisor for companies such as AS Norske Shell, Schjødt Law firm as well as the Norwegian Ministry of Finance. He was the founder of Arnold Rørholt Law firm and holds a Masters degree in Law from University of Oslo.

Tone Bjørnov
Tone Bjørnov is currently partner with Valutacorp as. She holds board directorships with Kongsberg Automotive ASA, Spectrum ASA, Aqua Bio Technology ASA, BB Finans ASA and Bank1 AS. Previous board directorships include Marine Farms ASA, Fish Pool ASA and Bane Tele AS. Bjørnov has extensive experience from banking and finance with 20 years of diverse experience from DnBNOR. Bjørnov holds a degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management plus university degrees in French and IT from the University of Oslo.

Jan Petter Collier
Jan Petter Collier was one of the two founders of Sundal Collier in 1984 and is currently a Partner within Investment Banking. He has previously been the Executive Chairman from 1992 until 2004 and CEO from 2004 to 2010. Prior to founding Sundal Collier he was Chief Executive of Tennant and Deputy General Manager of Rogalandsbanken.
