ABG Sundal Collier acted as advisor to health tech company FRISQ in connection with a directed issue of SEK 53m to Swedbank Robur Ny Teknik, Handelsbanken Fonder and incoming board member Lars Björk

On 9 May 2018, FRISQ (the “Company”) resolved to carry out a directed share issue which will provide the Company with gross proceeds of approximately SEK 53 million (the “Share Issue”). The Share Issue is directed to Swedish institutional investors Swedbank Robur Ny Teknik and Handelsbanken Fonder, who has subscribed for shares corresponding to approximately SEK 37 million and approximately SEK 15 million respectively, as well as to incoming board member Lars Björk who has subscribed for shares corresponding to approximately SEK 1.4 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Share Issue to (i) enable international expansion through investments in IT-integration with local EMR-systems, legal counselling and establishment of new partnerships, (ii) strengthen the organization with focus on sales, development and marketing staff, and (iii) accelerate product development, focusing on emergency care, analysis and AI.
